Check the availability dates and send an email to request a provisional booking. Once a provisional booking is agreed dates will be held for 48 hours whilst you research and book your flights. If the owner is not contacted after the 48hr period the dates will no longer be held. If you need more time please contact me to agree how much longer the dates can be held for.

Your booking will be confirmed by email after the payment of 25% deposit.

The balance to be paid, as soon as possible but, no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Payment is accepted by direct transfer to the owners UK account (account details provided on request) or by cheque.

Change over days are flexible but Mondays are preferred.

The villa will normally be available on the day of arrival by 15.00.
On the day of departure the villa should be vacated by 11.00 am.
