*When a booking is made which overlaps rental periods then rental price will be calculated per night pro rata. Bookings for parts of weeks are pro rata per night.
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. 25% deposit to secure the booking, balance 8 weeks ahead of holiday by bank transfer or cheque only. Refund for cancellation: 8 weeks notice 100%, less than 8 weeks to 4 weeks 50%, less than 4 weeks no refund.
